The residential complex is located at site 5 of the urban development area In der Wiesen Ost in the 23rd district of Vienna, Liesing. It comprises of 161 apartments, of which 105 are subsidised apartments with a purchase option and 56 are super-subsidised smart apartments. The complex offers one- to five-room apartments, some with private gardens and balconies. The residence also includes infrastructure for urban gardening, such as greenhouses, as well as an indoor sports court.
We supported this project with the complete technical planning of the building physics (thermal, moisture and sound insulation and component-related fireproofing).
With our expertise in building physics, we contributed to solving the sound and thermal insulation of the external access routes, as well as addressing the acoustic challenges posed by the sports court integrated into the residential building.
